What I’m talking about is people seeing their shape of their muscles and thinking that that’s it. That it can’t change at all. There’s a lot of tricks you can do in the gym to change how you look. Just look at my chest and how I was caved in at the bottom, look at my triceps and how they were non-existent, suddenly my chest and triceps are big.I already had puberty I was 6’1 when I started training and I’m still 6’1. When I was having puberty I was having major acne end other things, and I started training the acne was already gone in puberty had already been done
