But whatever it’s the past it’s already been done. If I could do it again maybe I would have taken less, but I literally had no side effects on just 500mg and I tolerated it great, So whatever. I maintained almost everything with no PCT and I’m very pleased with my results. The two pictures at the end are me two months after my last injection. I went from 163 to 190, and then I dropped down to 183 when all the test was out of my system. Most likely all the extra water leaving.I personally am only going to cycle tests and GH my whole bodybuilding life. I want to be able to conserve my gains, and I know I can with test, so I’ll stick with test. No need to take anything else, especially since I respond to it so good in high doses and can keep gains.

You need to have a combination of sarcoplasmic hypertrophy and blood expanding the muscle, as well as mild fibularhypertrophy where you’re really destroying the actual muscle fibersWhat I also recommend is for any weak point, for me it was triceps, biceps, forearms, calves, and chest, I like to deploy cannabis before my workout. If it’s a long workout I’ll take an edible, if it’s a short workout I’ll hotbox. Getting high before training a week muscle makes you really zone in and focus on training that muscle, it adds a flow state that couldn’t be achieved sober. Every leg day I get high, because my hamstrings and calves need work. I did the same one training arms and it allowed the pump to be much greater. I take a triple dose of L-Arginine (4,000mg) before my workouts as well in order to maximize blood flow because cannabis can cause vasoconstriction so I want to make sure I counteract that during my workout. As you see I’m meticulously plan a lot of shit from the day I wake up to the day I go to sleep, my life is my bodybuilding career. I’m a male stripper and my physique is pretty much the controlling factor on how much I get paid every weekend. So that’s why I’m just built different mentally I guess.
