But I’ve stopped trying to eat iso-calorically on cuts. I just need more calories on lifting Stubborn Dogo Tricks Dog shirt , and fewer calories on the days I do like a 90-minute fasted walk; but it doesn’t matter because I’m in clear deficit either day. The only thing is carb-manipulation understandably can make water-weight float around a bit, but if TDEE was dialed in before the cut then I don’t trip on any single daily scale weight. Water-wooshes are a nice surprise! 6 bulks & 7 cuts now, but I’ve still yet to try a low-ish carb bulk! haha. Next time around, to be sure (:

Yeah, I feel like the lean-beef thing has been a good switch for me. I get the 93% ground Stubborn Dogo Tricks Dog shirt , cook up 8-10 ounces of that, and THAT’S where you add the couple Tablespoons of Olive oil! Like just add it to food, man. It’s not “don’t consume Olive oil”, but why drink it if you need to eat the other stuff anyways??? Olive oil shots & whey shakes instead of solid meat? Peanut butter instead of Avocado? Never. Never gonna happen. I only ever drink a shake if there’s just absolutely not time to prepare solid food, haha And I’m DEFINITELY going to do all OHP from the floor from this point! Might as well, right?
