Well said. In THIS case, I think it is a list of “hey, be sure to think about this snoopy I love my dad shirt ” more than a specific gear list. The OP made a point to avoid specific items, in fact. But you are 100% correct, gear without training is just wasted space. for instance, following the whole TQ thing, I am a big fan of the RevMedX TX2 and TX3 tourniquets. Because they are a bit different than the usual windlass TQ, I use them in my kits that I plan on using myself, on others. In my personal kit, I keep CAT tourniquets, because it is meant to be used on ME, and anyone who knows anything about TQ’s knows how to run a CAT. But I don’t know about REQUIRING users posting their creds. If nothing else, it would decrease the quality of posts as everyone fights over who is “qualified”….

Best snoopy I love my dad shirt
I was homeless for around 5 months and carried my entire life in an adidas backpack. Overstuffed and almost always on my snoopy I love my dad shirt . Weighed around 15lbs but sometimes up to 25lbs. It was winter so I also had a lot of clothes on and a very heavy jacket. I averaged around 5 to 8 miles of purpose driven walking a day plus whatever I did just being homeless and having no place to go just to relax. The first month was the worst and probably when my backpack was the absolute heaviest all the time. I did get into pretty good shape but was still sore a lot. I felt like I was floating everywhere when that part of my life ended.
