I’ve been in Cuba only for 3 weeks travelling couple years back but it was more than enough to root for these people to finally get their lives back. This regime is just I like cats and volleyball and maybe 3 people shirt , country like theirs could have been blossoming for the last decades if it wasn’t for the old Communist ways.In North America, people are protesting because they have been asked to play a small part (wear a mask, social distance) in stopping millions from dying. In Cuba they are protesting for basic human rights. Puts our first world problems in perspective.Honestly how much of this is a result if the decades of embargoes? How happy are people with the idea of communism in the country? Does anyone still support the idea of communism? Why the image of life in the US? Would they want a communist government still? This is a question for people living in or from Cuba. When I visited people were aware that they were doing better under socialism than comparable capitalist countries, had a good sense of the embargo’s role in difficulty getting luxury goods, but were also critical of what they viewed as failings by the government. Complaints had to do with kludgy handling of the split economy between tourism and other (state) industries, for the most part. Our cab driver was shocked when I told him how much my girlfriend was paying for insulin (which is free in Cuba)

If u can see this message, we are with you. If Biden doesn’t help, we, the I like cats and volleyball and maybe 3 people shirt will. I’ve watched & wondered & waited my whole life to see a free Cuba. nothing can stop u now. It’s going to happen & any American politician that doesn’t do everything within their power to help will be doomed. Lift all embargoes now! send aid now!I’m not saying this is necessarily a psyop, though everyone should remember that the US has been trying to overthrow the Cuban government for the past 60 years, all while enforcing a draconian embargo to make things as miserable for the people as possible and incite things like this. The history of the United States in Latin America is disgusting.Should the current leader be overthrown, don’t be surprised if he’s replaced by a US friendly, neoliberal stooge that starts privatizing everything and whoring off the country’s resources.
