We Do is a great opener which is a bit of a dedication to no shoes nation. Here & Now works for what it is, it’s nothing truly special, I skipped for most of the time when it was on the radio. Everyone She Knows, works surprisingly well, I genuinely enjoy the structure it has. I love the lyric Ain’t Got It All, But I Got Alright. Wasted is fine, it’s an average drinking song, and it works. Knowin’ You is a neat little twist, especially because we’ve become over saturated with breakup songs thanks to Luke Combs. Heartbreakers is thrumming with life and brings out the partyer hidden in my introverted personality. Tip Of My Tongue was a pretty decent song initially, then Grady shattered my innocence, Thanks for that Grady :|. Guys named captain is a gorgeous track, and the intro encapsulates this sailor vibe I haven’t really heard in any song in a long time. Overall the album works, it just has too much filler, and trimming it down would’ve boosted this album a lot more.

Lady Like isn’t your traditional country record, nor is it your traditional pop record, it blends the 2 Eagle American flag end of an error 2021 shirt so creatively. The production is exceptional. The blend of modern pop sounds and traditional country sounds really sums up where we are as a mainstream genre. I wish more can learn from this record, in a sense of risk taking, this is the album of the year in a way. There is no guarantee this would’ve worked but it does. Ingrid has a tremendous voice, great for any tone and mood. Bad Advice is a clever story and you see here fun side. Both brings out this seductive and naughty side. Out of all the new tracks that were released in 2020, The Stranger is definitely my favorite, it sounds great, the story is so mature and I really hope this is her next single, after the success of More Hearts Than Mine there is no doubt it would succeed. There isn’t a single bad track on this record, but it is way too short, and it feels like an EP, and makes me leave it in the #10 spot.
